Why did you fall in love with Vallarta and want to move here?
Fantastic climate, friendly people, historic old town with romantic overtones, all modern facilities, low cost of living.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale, as opposed to other options in the area?
I did not plan to buy, but did look at the local real estate. I was very disappointed by most of what I saw. Rivera Cuale was the only place that I saw where the quality of construction and finishing were “top notch”, where the prices were reasonable, where the neighbourhood was quiet yet within walking distance of all the “exciting places”, and where the views were good.

What do you love most about Rivera Cuale?
I suppose that I liked the value for money aspect. That sounds boring and pragmatic, but it is true.

What do you like about the area Rivera Cuale is in?
As I said above, the area is quiet, yet within walking distance of everything. It is a residential area that is very Mexican.

Additional Comments
The sales staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Why did you fall in love with Vallarta and want to move here?
We began to vacation in Puerto Vallarta 18 years ago, first with our kids and now with them and our grandkid.  We always loved it and thought that this is where we want to live as we retire.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale, as opposed to other possibilities in the area?
Actually finding Rivera Cuale was serendipitous. We were taking a walk with our friend and came upon the showcase. We had been sort of looking, but not in a serious way. We fell in love with the location and were impressed with the quality of the proposed construction. We reserved our condo the next day. We just opened our condo this week and fell in love with it all over again. Our four and two year old grandkids inaugurated the kiddy pool. We are now in the process of furnishing the condo and plan on spending Holy week there.

What do you love most about Rivera Cuale?
First the location. We like being in the city and being able to walk everywhere without having to climb up and down the mountain. We love to hear the river and the sense of solitude that it gives us. We love the garden-like nature of the plantings. We love the quality of the construction, the “customer delights” that we discover each day and the friendliness of the staff.
What do you like about the area Rivera Cuale is in?
The sense of being in the city. The ability to walk everywhere. The sense of solitude in the evenings.
Additional Comments
We started coming to Puerto Vallarta when our now 24-year old daughter was seven and our older two kids were in high school. We have always loved the city and its people. We now have six grandkids and they and their parents love the city as well. When we considered purchasing a condominium our requirements including being in the old city and being on level ground that we knew would become important in our later years. When we first talked to Jean-R. Talbot and looked at the proposed complex we were instantly impressed with the environmentally sensitive construction and with the overall quality of the proposed construction. As we have occupied our condo that impression has increased. Everywhere we look we see quality combined with thoughtful attention to details. From the marble floors to the Moen faucets everything has been done right to the highest expectations. Already we feel a sense of community including Petra (another owner) taking us around to the best places to buy furniture to the assistance by staff as we furnish the condo, our new home. We look forward to many years of pleasure in this home in the paradise that is Puerto Vallarta.

Why did you fall in love with Vallarta and want to live here?
What we love most about PV are the Mexican people themselves–who have always been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Of course, we also love the fabulous weather (just say no to Minnesota winters!), and all the great local food. Having visited PV several times a year for a long time now, it was time to find our own place.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale, as opposed to other possibilities in the area?
We always liked the idea of a villa in Gringo Gulch but did not want to take on the task of remodeling, adding “modern amenities” and upgrading mechanical systems. Not only did Rivera Cuale offer the opportunity for new construction with modern amenities, but it was also a great value per square foot compared with other properties. Additionally, it was the only property offering the amount of space we were looking for, and we really liked the idea of living in a neighborhood among the locals.

What do you love most about Rivera Cuale?
Doug, Madison, and Vera: The spectacular view and soothing breeze on our patio.
Erica and Georgia: The pool!

What do you like about the area Rivera Cuale is in?
Our neighborhood is so colorful and interesting, and the people in El Caloso have been friendly to us… Also, you can buy just about anything you need with just a short walk to the local shops and markets.

Why did you move to Puerto Vallarta?
Climate and lifestyle.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale?
It was a very good value for the price. The apartments are large and full of light. We asked friends who were architects about the construction of the building and we were told that the construction was excellent. The interior finishes were of an unusually high quality. From the marble wainscoting in the bathroom to the SMEG stove to the 21st century fuse box, we were impressed by the high standards and details. As a bonus, the center room has a window and terrace, which is very unusual in PV.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale over other possibilities?
You have the ability of going to the neighborhood markets and restaurants without the need for an au tomobile. We moved from our last apartment to gain more space for guests and to pursue our hobby of painting. We found, overall, that Rivera Cuale was a better buy based in location, light and airiness, and quality of construction.

What do you love most about Rivera Cuale?
We have a sense of living in México – in a neighborhood. We can hear and see the river. The grounds, the heated saline pool and the gracious entrance lobby add to the overall feeling of luxury and beauty. And we really enjoy entertaining on our ample terrace with its wonderful view.

Additional Comments
Rivera Cuale is a unique piece of property situated in a village of Puerto Vallarta. You feel that you are living in México versus many new buildings and areas that remind us of living in the U.S.

Why did you fall in love with Vallarta and want to move here?
I like this type of town with friendly people, very good restaurants, a lot of different activities and has a security which allow to feel fine and sure.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale, as opposed to other possibilities in the area?
I like because I feel that is a “home” and not a “vacation residence”. I like to be between the river, the mountain and close to the sea, in a green environment. I appreciated that Rivera Cuale has incorporate the philosophy of sustainable development as well as a good construction and distribution of the condo. Also Rivera Cuale is sufficiently near and far of the commercial activity, and Malecon and of “La zona romantica”.

What do you love most about Rivera Cuale?
I feel that I have found exactly what I was looking for, the house built by myself.

What do you like about the area Rivera Cuale is in?
I consider that the place is special, really “excellent” and very hard to find in anywhere else.

Additional Comments
Since some time ago, I decided to left the city of México and I was look for one city which can give more quality in my welfare and more close to the nature. Looking for a new home, in a small town but with activities I found Puerto Vallarta. First I tried to find information for the different condos in sale in Puerto Vallarta; I arranged one trip to see different developments in Conchas Chinas, in the hotel zone, Nuevo Vallarta. I never considered a house in town. Anyway I decided to go visit Rivera Cuale, in town, only to know the place. My surprise was that since I came in the residence I liked the gardens, the river, the building and when I get in the condo I liked everything. I appreciated the professional way of the sales office, that gives me all the information and did the sale very easy without any problem.

Why did you fall in love with Vallarta and want to move here?
I’ve been coming to PV for years; have stayed in all-inclusive resorts and hotels.  After looking at several places across Mexico, including Cuernavaca, San Miguel de Allende, Mazatlan, etc; I finally bought a condo here in PV in 2003 and remodeled it (changed it from a one bedroom to a two bedroom unit and upgraded the place. I love getting away from the ice and snow of the Colorado winters; the best is hearing that they’re having a blizzard there while I’m on the beach…lol.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale, as opposed to other possibilities in the area?
I have watched the progress of Rivera Cuale for about a year and finally walked thru with Sara, my little Scottish Terrier. I really liked the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. I also liked the concern for the environment (eg cleaning the river, using recycled materials where possible.  And, I can tell the architects and developers are very proud of the project.

What do you like about the area Rivera Cuale is in?
This area is perfect; close to great shopping, restaurants, etc, and an easy walk to the beach. It’s very quiet here; the river is soothing to read and sleep by. El Caloso seems to be a nice quiet family community…and I really like that Rivera Cuale is located on a prolongation…so there is little vehicular traffic and lots of parking for guests.
