HOME FINISHES: Standard finishes include polished natural marble floors, solid tropical wood interior doors in semi-matte finish with single-lever handles, tropical wood cabinetry with semi-matte finish, and matte white vinyl wall paint. All of these high-quality materials have been chosen in neutral tones to blend with any interior design style.

MAIN ENTRY: The elevator opens directly into the unit's own private foyer. On the opposite wall is display space for artwork. In the ceiling above is cove lighting. This is the primary access point to the guest areas, the emergency stairwell and trash chute, as well as to the main living area with its beautiful polished marble floors.

KITCHEN: The L-shaped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas and faces the spacious terrace beyond. This open design is ideal for entertaining and maximizes the scenic views. The kitchen includes Quetzal brand custom cabinetry and hardware, superior quality granite countertops with 4” backsplash, an island breakfast bar, a double stainless steel Moen sink with pull-out faucet, full-size SMEG stainless steel gas stove with oven and a stainless GE Profile exhaust hood. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a wet bar, made of tropical wood with a marble top.

LIVING ROOM: The spacious living/dining area (approx 18' x 21') opens directly to an extra-wide terrace, which gives it an expansive feel, beautiful views and refreshing breezes. The interior walls are ready for your furniture, artwork and decor. An energy-efficient York mini-split air conditioner and pre-wiring for a ceiling fan ensure your total comfort, as well as cable outlet and phone jack.

TERRACE: The extra-wide terrace (approx. 30’ x 12’, with slight variation by floor) easily accommodates patio furniture. Its flooring is the same marble as in the rest of the unit but with a sand-blasted finish and beautiful rock trim inlay. The terrace extends beyond that of its 3-bedroom neighbor’s in order to maximize views. To enhance privacy, there are side walls with a niche for plants or decorations and a built-in seating area for your colorful cushions. You can access the terrace via two sets of doors: one 4-panel, 8’ sliding set from the living room, and one French door set from the master bedroom. The low-maintenance frames are rich wood grain PVC and have thick 6-mm glass to ensure quiet and climate control.

MASTER SUITE: The main attraction is the large master suite (37’4” x 12’3”), which opens to the terrace with its dynamic views. It is equipped with an energy-efficient York air conditioner, cable outlet, phone jack and pre-wiring for a ceiling fan. For privacy, wood-louvered sliding doors separate the sleeping and bathing areas. The master bath features two sinks with Moen faucets, marble or wood countertops, tropical wood cabinetry and polished marble tile flooring. A marble platform surrounds the two-person whirlpool tub, which is adjacent to a tropical rainforest shower with marble tile walls, enclosed in glass. The “water closet” is private, vented and has a water-conserving dual-flush toilet. The master walk-in closet is roomy and efficient with built-in wood drawers, clothing rods, a storage shelf and handy electrical outlet. The master suite is accessed through handsome tropical wood double doors from the living room and a small foyer with a privacy wall.

GUEST BEDROOM: The generously sized 12’x18’ guest bedroom offers stunning mountain views. It is conveniently located adjacent to the office/TV room and the guest bathroom, creating a second “master suite” or "lock-off" arrangement. This split-bedroom design allows privacy for both owners and guests, and greater ease in coming and going without disturbing other occupants. The guest bedroom features a wall of built-ins for hanging clothes and storage, with quality wood doors. There is a large window or 8’ sliding doors with balconette (depending on the unit floor) with a view to the mountains. The guest bedroom is equipped with its own energy-efficient York mini-split air conditioner, cable outlet and pre-wiring for a ceiling fan.

OFFICE/TV ROOM: This flexible bonus room can be used as a den, office, hobby room, TV room or overflow bedroom, as you desire. It is adjacent to the guest bedroom and bath and opens out onto a private balcony facing the mountains. It has its own built-in shelving, wall space for artwork, a York mini-split air conditioning unit, cable outlet and pre-wiring for a ceiling fan.

GUEST BATH: The guest bath is accessed through the office/TV room for greater guest privacy. It features a sink with Moen faucet, marble or wood countertop, tropical wood cabinetry, marble floor tiles, marble shower enclosure, dual-flush system toilet and an exhaust fan.

LAUNDRY ROOM: The large laundry room includes hookups for a full size, side-by-side washer and gas dryer, plus a mop sink and on-demand gas water heater. There is wall space to install additional cabinets for extra storage, if desired.
