Rivera Cuale’s luxurious amenities are spread along the river’s edge and throughout the property.

Gardens
One of the benefits of building vertically is the increased space available for green areas and amenities.

Preserving the native landscape was one of our most important goals, especially the mature trees along the river banks. We have several old Higueras (Ficus padifolia), Papelillos (also known as “elephant trees", Bursera arborea) and Primaveras trees (Roseodendron donnel smithiil). Vallarta is rich in flora, and Rivera Cuale is home to endemic species that require less water and maintenance.

One worth noting is the coco de aceite palm tree (African oil palm, Orbignya guacuyule) that grows naturally on the mountains thanks to the prevailing humidity. This species creates a truly special landscape.

Pools & Jacuzzi
Rivera Cuale's design includes three swimming pools, as well as pool beds, terraces and living spaces all along the river’s edge. There will be areas with benches for relaxation, reading and admiring the scenery.

At least one of the pools will be heated by solar energy as Vallarta has several months when evenings are cool. The Jacuzzi located close to the river will be protected by landscaped vegetation. Enjoy the stars at night or just relax during the day in the Jacuzzi’s whirlpool.

Entrance Plaza
The entrance to Rivera Cuale is controlled by security at the access gate and features a set of waterfalls set among local vegetation. Visitor drop-off and car and bicycle parking are available.

Fire Pit
Rivera Cuale has a gas fire pit where friends may gather for unforgettable evenings,or couples will find this a delightful, romantic place to spend time.

Fitness Center
Among the amenities facing the river, homeowners will enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Riverwalk
The property’s true focal point is the river. We have designed the riverfront area to retain the special feeling of being close to the water, while also protecting against any potential flooding.

We have created a special system with terraces throughout the property that will temporarily flood during a storm to absorb any overflow.

At other times, these terraces double as beautiful recreational areas along the river. There are also sitting areas at scenic points throughout the site.

Under-building parking
Residents’ parking is located at ground level under the building, so it will be covered. It is worth noting that parking is slightly above street level, to eliminate the risk of flooding.

Secured Bicycle Parking
Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful place to ride a bicycle. Rivera Cuale offers a secure, designated area for parking your bike.

Pet-friendly
Pets may be a very important part of your life. Like your friends and family, they are welcome at Rivera Cuale!

Services

Concierge Services
Rivera Cuale will have an on-site concierge to assist residents with the needs of everyday life, such as making dining and activity reservations and offering knowledgeable advice on the area’s best. The concierge desk is centrally located on the property and managed by the HOA.

Transportation
Rivera Cuale is so centrally located that residents don’t really need a car to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. Most places are within easy walking distance, along flat routes, and buses come by regularly. Rivera Cuale will have a few zero-emission electric carts to take residents to town for shopping or dining. Simply visit the concierge to arrange this service. This fun and eco-friendly mode of transportation is something residents may want to own for themselves!

Property Management & Rental Pool Service
We will be employing a third party operator who can help homeowners manage their properties or rent out their units when they are out of town.

Snack Bar
A snack and beverage bar will be conveniently located by one of the swimming pools.
